What information do we collect and how is it used

When you visit our website or if you shop with us we may collect your name, username, address, telephone number and email address, transactional information (including products purchased and billing address), information collected by cookies or other tracking technologies and any other information you may choose to provide. Your credit card details are held by Secure Trading who is our payment provider. We will also hold the delivery address(es) for your orders and the password information associated with your account although your password will not be visible in our records. We may also maintain a record of your product selections. If you have requested a catalogue, registered an interest, entered a competition or completed feedback, we may hold your name, address, telephone number, email address. If you have opted-in to receive our email newsletters we may hold your name and email address. If you wish to unsubscribe please email with unsubscribe in the subject field, or you can visit, log in to your account and change your preferences, or simply follow the unsubscribe link on the last newsletter you received from us.

We also collect certain information about you when you access our website.  For example, when you access our website, we may log your IP address, operating system type, browser type, the URL you came from and the way in which you navigate the site and the dates/times you accessed our website.

Specifically, our server is in London, and our third party service providers and partners operate around the world. This means that when we collect your personal information we may process it in any of the countries where our service providers are located.  However, we have taken appropriate safeguards to require that your personal information will remain protected in accordance with this policy. These include implementing the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information.  The Standard Contractual Clauses are available upon request. We have implemented similar appropriate safeguards with our third party service providers and partners and further details are available upon request. Children’s privacy

None of our offerings are directed to individuals under 13.  We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 13 nor promote or market to minors.
